Animal Ninja (Kanji: アニマル忍者) is a 1970 anime based on picture books written by Natsuoki Kawakura and illustrated by Ume Katsuya.
The anime, produced by Shinada-sha and aired on NHK, was the studio's first ever TV anime to air in full color. It was later remastered and redubbed into Kokontōzai Animal Ninja (Kanji: 古今東西アニマル忍者) as a tribute to Sadako Yamada, who voiced Kemonogumi, the main trio of the show.
