- Chieko Honda as Kazue, who had herself involved in a horrible accident and had her body majorly hurt despite surviving.
- Sayuri as Tomoya, who was born without a stomach.
- Tōru Ōhira as Anamaru, a fat guy with holes all over his body.
- Miyoko Asō as 4-Kyaku, an old lady born with 4 legs instead of 2 legs and 2 arms.
- Yūko Mizutani as Tanio, she looks like a normal person at first glance, but had most of her face except her lower part horribly misfigured from a bullying incident involving dipping boiling acid on her face.
