Kūya Nakatani (Kanji: 中谷久也) was a Japanese musician and record producer for Studio XYZ, founder and former head of XYZFM.
On September 6, 2012, Nakatani commited suicide by jumping off the rooftop of the Studio XYZ building. This was a result of being rejected by longtime partner and crush Hizuru Numata.
