Penguin Darling (Kana: ペンギンダーリング) was a brief anime directed by Tatsuzō Nemoto and aired on TV Tokyo in 1991.
The series premiered on February 11 and while it was intended to last 26 episodes, it was cancelled on May 19 after the airing of its 15th, leaving 11 unaired.
Synopsis
After being expelled from her school, Takako Matsuura makes the decision to pursue her dream of becoming a famous idol all across the world. She meets Shira-P, a troubled musician who agrees to produce for her and embarks on her career as an idol to the fullest.
